We aim to respond as soon as possible. Some requests may require identity checks or additional information before we can take action.

Account support

If you need help with your Investwizz account, please contact us at help@investwizz.co.uk

This includes questions about:

• accessing your account;
• account details;
• documents;
• subscription fees;
• payments or deposits;
• withdrawals;
• closing your account;
• technical issues in the app.

Withdrawals

If you need help with a withdrawal, or cannot complete the process in the app, please contact us at help@investwizz.co.uk

Withdrawals may be subject to checks, processing times and any applicable account or provider requirements.

Closing your account or cancelling your subscription

If you want to close your Investwizz account or cancel your subscription, please contact us at help@investwizz.co.uk

Our Customer Support team will explain the next steps and any impact this may have on your account, investments, subscription, documents or access to the app.

You can close your account at any time, either in the app or by contacting our Customer Support team.

If you hold investments, they must be sold or transferred to another provider before your account can be fully closed. Our Customer Support team will explain your options.

Any subscription fees accrued up to the date of closure remain due. See section 12 of our Terms & Conditions for the full position.

Bereavement support

We understand this can be a difficult time.

If you need to tell us that an Investwizz customer has died, please contact us at help@investwizz.co.uk

You do not need access to the customer's app account to contact us. Our Customer Support team will explain what information we need and guide you through the next steps.

Where relevant, we will work with WealthKernel, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Investwizz is an appointed representative of WealthKernel.
